Course Description
If you are looking for TechBuy Training this is the class for you. This class if offered for those who have no approval authority, simply the role of Shopper in TechBuy. You will be introduced to the TechBuy system and be able to practice within a test environment. Settlement (receiving) in TechBuy is also introduced during this class.
Learning Outcomes
- Completion of a requisition in a hands-on training environment
- Understanding of policies as related to using the TechBuy for purchases at TTU
- Familiarity with job aids and resources to assist in purchasing
- Review of the process for Receipt within the TechBuy System
- Practice in accurately account coding for items in a requisition
